The nurses in Stoma clinic, kind and understandable and answered questions, what we needed answering.
Suggested improvements
The only thing is we get sen normally half hour after an appointment was booked so pay more for car parking as we get here on time.

It had taken months for the results of my mum's tests to come through - we were told of her outpatient appointment 2 days before her appointment.
Suggested improvements
We came a long way through rush hour with my severely disabled mum - only to be told that everything was normal!
A totally unnecessary and difficult journey when we could have been told on the phone or by letter complete waste of ours and hospital time.
